Vantage Point founder, Jay Casavant, is a veteran recruiter who brings high energy and enthusiasm to every search and placement. He is a passionate proponent of the Northern New England business community and is proud to play a key role in optimizing companies performance. These factors, coupled with an engaging and collaborative manner, have yielded a track record of great results and longstanding client relationships. Before launching Vantage Point, Jay served as a Recruiter, Area Recruiting Manager and Branch Manager for Adecco Technical/TAD Technical, one of the country's largest recruiting agencies. Outside of the business, Jay has served as a member of his local School Board and as a hockey coach at both the middle- and high school levels. He remains an avid hockey player, as well as an outdoor enthusiast.
